Domino's Pizza, Ranked No.1 in Customer Satisfaction in the Pizza Category of 'Korean Industry'
Domino's Pizza announced on the 21st that it has been selected as the No. 1 pizza specialty store for nine consecutive years in the '2023 Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (hereinafter KCSI)' organized by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).
KCSI is an index that has evaluated customer satisfaction with products and services across more than 100 industries annually since 1992. This year, approximately 10,000 sample groups were recruited to conduct evaluations targeting a total of 118 industries and 393 companies.
Domino's Pizza, which ranked first in the pizza specialty store category for nine consecutive years in this year's KCSI, was highly praised for providing customers with unique experiences through industry-leading food tech and cross-industry collaborations.

On the 18th, Domino's formed an advanced mobility consortium with Yongin City and announced plans for drone delivery in the Dongbaek district of Yongin City this December. Earlier, in April, it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Suseong District in Daegu to implement the industry's first urban drone delivery.
