Joint Marketing Efforts to Attract Foreign Tourists and More
Grand Korea Leisure (GKL) announced on the 20th that it signed a business agreement with the Korea PCO Association (KAPCO), an international conference planning industry association, at the GKL headquarters in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 19th to increase the attraction of foreign visitors to Korea.

This agreement was prepared to seek strategic measures for the development of the Korean tourism industry and the expansion of demand for visits to Korea. The main contents of the agreement include "joint marketing to attract foreign tourists" and "development and promotion of tourism products linked between the two organizations."
Kim Young-san, President of GKL, said, "I hope this agreement will help normalize and revitalize the inbound tourism market," adding, "As a public tourism corporation, we will continue to faithfully fulfill our mission for the development of the tourism industry, including win-win cooperation, and do our best to realize social value."

Previously, GKL signed business agreements to attract foreign tourists with the National Museum Cultural Foundation, the Korea Tourism Association Central Council, and the Korea Association of Travel Agents. In addition, GKL is making efforts to recover and revitalize the domestic tourism industry, which was severely damaged by COVID-19, by launching the "Yongsan Tourism Council" with six organizations including companies, schools, and public institutions in the Yongsan area of Seoul.
