Dong-A University Holds College of Engineering Development Fund Donation Ceremony
Dong-A University held a College of Engineering Development Fund Donation Ceremony in the lobby of Engineering Building 2 at Seunghak Campus, known as the "College of Engineering Hall of Fame."
The event, held on the 13th, was attended by donors including Jang Sang-mok, Dean of the College of Engineering; Kim Il-gon, President of the College of Engineering Alumni Association; Nam Seon-woo, President of the Construction Systems Engineering Alumni Association; and faculty members such as Choi Young-ik, Dean of Industry-Academia Cooperation of the College of Engineering.
At the ceremony, a total of 40 million KRW in development funds donated by President Lee Hae-woo, Kim Il-gon, President of the College of Engineering Alumni Association, Nam Seon-woo, President of the Construction Systems Engineering Alumni Association, Dean Jang Sang-mok, and their families was presented.

Kim Il-gon, president of the College of Engineering Alumni Association, said, "I am thankful that the development fund donation ceremony continues thanks to the efforts of the dean and many others, and I hope the College of Engineering will continue to develop further."
Nam Seon-woo, president of the Construction Systems Engineering Alumni Association, said, "I always take pride in my alma mater, Dong-A University," and added, "I am grateful for everyone's hard work and deeply moved to be able to induct my academic advisor into the Hall of Fame."
The College of Engineering at Dong-A University opened the "College of Engineering Hall of Fame" as the first step toward a new leap and future educational innovation.

Inductees into the Hall of Fame include former President Lee Sang-yoon, Kim Man-su, Chairman of Dong-A Tire Industry, Kim Jae-jin, Chairman of Kyungdong Construction, the late Kim Taek-jin, the 1st and 3rd Dean of the College of Engineering, the late Professor Park Woon-yong (first chairman of the Civil Engineering Scholarship Foundation), and Professor Emeritus Jung Sung-kyo, all of whom have dedicated themselves to the development of the College of Engineering.
