CJ Foodville Vips, Ranked No.1 in 'National Customer Satisfaction' for 3 Consecutive Years

VIPS, operated by CJ Foodville, announced on the 8th that it has been selected as the No. 1 brand in the restaurant category for three consecutive years in the 'National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI)' survey conducted by the Korea Productivity Center.

The National Customer Satisfaction Index survey is a customer satisfaction measurement model jointly developed by the Korea Productivity Center and the University of Michigan in the United States, which quantifies customer satisfaction based on direct evaluations of a company's products and services. VIPS received consistently excellent ratings across all categories, including customer satisfaction, expectation level, perceived quality, perceived value, loyalty, and retention rate.
Previously, VIPS opened its first store in Deungchon-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul in 1997, and has maintained its reputation as a first-generation family restaurant for 26 years. Based on the major concept of premium steak and seasonal salad bar, it has introduced diverse and new menus. The company analyzed that the high-quality service and enhanced premium space experience contributed to the positive evaluations from customers. In the first half of this year, the revisit rate of VIPS’ loyal customer base, known as 'VIPS Mania,' increased by more than 20% compared to the same period last year.
