The Win-Win Growth Committee announced on the 8th that it held a 'Win-Win Growth Communication Meeting' with the Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association on the 7th.
This meeting was organized to share the difficulties experienced by women entrepreneurs in business management and to seek solutions together. Various opinions were gathered to discuss cooperation plans between the Win-Win Growth Committee and the Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association.
The main topics of the meeting included difficulties in women entrepreneurs' business activities, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives, and the Win-Win Growth Committee's key tasks for this year.
Lee Jeong-han, president of the Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association, said, "We hope that this communication meeting will lead to practical win-win cooperation between large corporations, public enterprises, and women-owned businesses."
Park Chi-hyung, head of operations at the Win-Win Growth Committee, emphasized, "Highlighting the role of women-owned businesses, which account for 40.5% of all companies and 23.5% of jobs in our country, we will cooperate in various areas such as ESG, market expansion, and regional-linked win-win growth to revitalize the female economy and ensure the sustainable growth of women-owned businesses."
