Documentary Film Featuring Late Sulli's Final Voice to Be Released in the Second Half of the Year
The final voice of the late Sulli (real name Choi Jin-ri), who passed away in 2019, will be revealed to the world.
On the 6th, the production company Mystic Story announced that 'Persona: Sulli,' consisting of two films?a short film '4: Clean Island' (directed by Hwang Su-a and Kim Ji-hye) starring Choi Jin-ri (Sulli) and a feature-length documentary 'To Jin-ri' (directed by Jung Yoon-seok)?will be released in the second half of the year. The production company explained that both films capture Choi Jin-ri (Sulli) as she wished to be seen just as she was.
'4: Clean Island' begins with a peculiar immigration screening where the four who dream of moving to the cleanest place in the world, Clean Island, must confess their sins to pass, and it tells the story of a special pig.
'To Jin-ri' presents the various everyday worries and thoughts felt by twenty-five-year-old Choi Jin-ri in an interview format. It will be screened in the Documentary Showcase section of the Wide Angle category at the 28th Busan International Film Festival, held on the 4th of next month.
