Jusan-yeon Hosts Seminar on Improving Systems Related to Residential Lodging Facilities
The Korea Housing Institute (KHI) will hold a seminar titled "Current Issues of Residential Accommodation Facilities and Related Institutional Improvement Measures" at 10 a.m. on the 31st in Seminar Room 1 of the National Assembly Members' Office Building in Yeouido, Seoul.
This seminar is co-hosted by Kang Dae-sik, a member of the People Power Party, and KHI, with support from the Korean Society of Land and Urban Planning, the Korean Association of Land Law, the Korea Real Estate Development Association, and the Korea Housing Builders Association.
Professor Kim Ji-yeop of Sungkyunkwan University will present institutional improvement measures for the utilization of residential accommodation facilities in response to changes in the housing paradigm, and Professor Seok Ho-young of Myongji University will present a legal study on restrictions on freedom of residence transfer in residential accommodation facilities and the prohibition of retroactive legislation.
