On the 13th (local time), at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey, USA (par 71, 7,562 yards), Smith added 3 under par in the final 3rd round of the 11th LIV Golf 2023 season tournament Bedminster (total prize money $25 million) to secure a 7-stroke win (12 under par 201). This was his second win of the season and third overall since last month’s London tournament, with a winner’s prize of $4 million. Smith also won the team event, earning a total of $4.75 million (approximately 6.3 billion KRW) from this tournament.

Although he began shakily with bogeys on holes 1 and 3, he changed the momentum with a birdie on the 6th hole (par 4), then pulled away from his competitors with three consecutive birdies on holes 8 through 10. Smith celebrated his victory by adding another stroke on the 15th hole (par 5). He is a player with 6 PGA Tour wins and 4 DP World Tour (formerly European Tour) wins. After winning the Open Championship last year, he moved to LIV Golf.
