EM&I CEO Adds Insider Purchase... "Confidence in Company Growth"
Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) material company EM&I's CEO, Go Chang-hoon, has been continuously purchasing shares on the market.
On the 10th, EM&I announced that CEO Go had additionally purchased approximately 32,000 shares of the company's stock on the market. As a result, CEO Go has cumulatively purchased 110,000 shares on the market as of today.
CEO Go stated, "With the improvement in the upstream industry's business conditions, the existing OLED business division is also showing signs of recovery, and through new business ventures in India, a positive outlook is emerging for performance improvement in the second half of the year."

On the 7th, CEO Go purchased approximately 77,000 shares on the market to strengthen responsible management and enhance shareholder value. Since then, through continuous stock purchases, the stake of the largest shareholder and related parties has increased from 25.82% to recently 26.34%. The largest shareholder, DSP Corporation, is 96.38% owned by CEO Go.
