Prosecution Indicts Cho Min, Daughter of Cho Kuk, for 'Admission Fraud'... 'Collusion with Mother Jeong Gyeong-sim'
Cho Min, the daughter of former Minister of Justice Cho Kuk, has been indicted on charges of admission fraud.
The 5th Trial Division of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Kim Min-ah) indicted Cho on the 10th without detention on charges of falsifying official documents, obstruction of business, and obstruction of public officials by deception.
Cho is accused of conspiring with her mother, former Dongyang University professor Jung Kyung-shim, to submit falsified application forms, personal statements, and forged Dongyang University president's commendations to the Admissions Office of the Medical School at Pusan National University on June 10, 2014.

She is also charged with conspiring with her parents to submit falsified personal statements, internship certificates in the name of the Director of the Public Interest and Human Rights Law Center at Seoul National University Law School, and forged supporting documents such as Dongyang University president's commendations to the Medical School at Seoul National University on June 17, 2013.
