Philip Morris Recruiting Participants for 'Incompass' Internship Program Linked to Employment

Korea Philip Morris announced on the 10th that it is recruiting participants for the recruitment-linked internship program, ‘2023 INKOMPASS Internship’.
The recruitment for INKOMPASS participants will take place on the Korea Philip Morris recruitment website from the 21st of this month until the 10th of next month. This year, interns will be selected in the Sales and Marketing & Digital departments, and the internship period is a total of 8 weeks starting from mid-October.
INKOMPASS is a talent recruitment program designed to select global leaders who will lead the future of Philip Morris. Korea Philip Morris has been conducting internships since 2012 and has expanded it to the global internship system called INKOMPASS since 2014.
INKOMPASS allows applicants to apply easily by filling out basic personal information without submitting separate documents such as resumes or self-introduction letters. Applicants are selected through an all-day interview consisting of individual 1:1 interviews and presentation interviews, giving them the opportunity to freely demonstrate their capabilities and potential.
Interns who pass INKOMPASS can gain practical experience for 8 weeks starting in October according to a systematic curriculum. They can experience Korea Philip Morris’s global organizational culture and plan projects that directly impact the business, as well as have time to present the project results in front of executives. Interns also have the opportunity to be converted to full-time employment based on subsequent evaluations.
