Gyeonggi-do Provides Fair Trade Education for Franchise and Agency Stores... 5 Sessions Until September
Gyeonggi Province will conduct fair trade education five times from the 17th of this month to the 21st of next month for franchise and agency owners and prospective entrepreneurs in the province to prevent unfair trade practices in the franchise and agency sectors.
The main education topics include ▲ Franchise Business Act and Agency Act ▲ Support for Small Business Owners and Remedies for Damages ▲ Analysis of Standard Franchise Agreements and Disclosure Documents ▲ Cases of Unfair Trade Practices ▲ Major Issues and Countermeasures.
This education program is designed to protect the rights and interests of franchise and agency owners and enhance the competitiveness of small business owners through fair trade-related systems and practical training.
The education will be held at Synergy Study Lounge located in Edutown, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon City. Online participation is also available.
Heo Seong-cheol, Director of the Fair Economy Division of Gyeonggi Province, stated, "By increasing the understanding of fair trade among franchise and agency owners and prospective entrepreneurs, this will help to improve and prevent unfair trade practices that may occur between businesses in the franchise and agency sectors in advance and serve as an opportunity for win-win cooperation."
