On the 2nd, the Gwanak Police Station in Seoul announced that they are investigating the author who posted a new murder threat on an online community around 11:10 PM the previous day on charges of intimidation. After receiving reports related to the post, the police searched the Sillim-dong area at 2:51 AM that day but did not find any clear signs of a crime.
The author wrote, "Everyone lives happily in life," and "Tomorrow night (the 2nd), someone will appear in Sillim carrying a weapon." This is presumed to imitate the motive of Chosun (33), who committed a stabbing rampage in Sillim-dong on the 21st of last month.
