Compose Coffee Launches Decaffeinated Coffee Using Colombian Beans...
Compose Coffee announced on the 1st that it has launched a new decaffeinated coffee in response to the recently increasing demand for decaf coffee.
The decaffeinated coffee uses Colombian beans, offering a rich body, smooth aroma, savory nuts, and a bittersweet dark chocolate texture.
Instead of the typical chemical caffeine removal methods, caffeine is removed using the sugarcane decaffeination process, which ferments sugarcane to use as a natural solvent. This sugarcane decaffeination method removes at least 90% of the caffeine and leaves no residue during roasting, making it safe to drink.
