"Next-Generation Women Leaders Development"…Hana Financial Group Launches 3rd Cohort of 'Hana Waves'
Hana Financial Group is launching 'Hana Waves,' a next-generation female leader development program within the group.
On the 26th, Hana Financial Group announced that the launch ceremony for the 3rd cohort of Hana Waves was held the previous day at its Myeongdong headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul.
'Hana Waves' is a talent development program created to nurture the next generation of female leaders. Among the total 70 graduates from the 1st and 2nd cohorts, six have been promoted to executive positions.
The 3rd cohort this time was newly selected with a final 28 members, recommended by the CEOs of each affiliated company, targeting female managerial employees within the group. They are expected to experience various academy courses in leadership, corporate finance, digital fields, team project activities, and feedback from senior cohorts until the end of the year.
