At the Chinese restaurant Dowon, they offer the 'Seolha Nyuwol (雪夏六月)' gourmet health-boosting course and three ? la carte dishes. The course meal consists of eight dishes including lobster, abalone, five-spice pork appetizer, traditional Chinese fermented sauces, Cham-myeon, freshwater eel, and brown sugar steamed buns, summer croaker, glutinous rice, and ginseng. The ? la carte menu includes Sabopyeonpigae, chicken roasted in the same way as Peking duck, Cham-myeon, croaker & brown sugar steamed buns, and Chinese cold noodles.
Seven Square has prepared 32 seasonal menu items. Among them, the 'Sous-vide Samgye, Alseuji Stew' is a stew that reinterprets Samgyetang, a summer health-boosting dish, by sous-viding chicken. Sous-vide is a cooking method that slowly heats food in water at a precisely controlled temperature, characterized by a tender texture and mild flavor. In addition, health-boosting dishes such as croaker soup, steamed abalone, and grilled eel are offered to help restore energy.
Boulangerie The Plaza sells the 'Jeju Fresh Chodang Corn Cake,' made with Chodang corn, a representative summer ingredient. The corn mousse cream is combined with kernels and rice crunch to provide not only a savory taste but also a crispy texture.
