Unreported Birth Infant Corpse Abandoned in Yonginseo... Biological Father Urgently Arrested
The biological father who failed to register the birth of an infant born in 2015 and abandoned the child after death was urgently arrested.
On the 6th, the Yongin Eastern Police Station in Gyeonggi Province urgently arrested a man in his 40s, Mr. A, on suspicion of murder and other charges at around 2:30 a.m. The police conducted an investigation after receiving a request from Yongin City the previous day regarding an unregistered infant.
Mr. A, the biological father of a boy born in March 2015, is suspected of causing the child's death and abandoning the body.
The biological mother, Ms. B, reportedly stated during police questioning that she only heard that something was wrong with the child after delivery.
Mr. A is known to have confessed that he committed the crime because the child was sick.
