Daesang Cheongjeongwon announced on the 4th that it will launch two types of crispy "Mini Donkatsu" and "Mini Chicken Katsu," double-fried with fresh bread crumbs.
The new products use domestic pork and chicken breast, respectively. The meat, fried to a thick cut to enhance texture, offers moist and rich juices. They are also made in bite-sized portions, making them perfect as side dishes for children’s meals or nutritious snacks. The fresh bread crumb coating is applied thinly and pre-fried twice, so they can be cooked in an air fryer for 7 minutes without the need for additional oil.
