The Gwangju Bitgoeul 50+ Center announced on the 26th that it held a completion ceremony on the 23rd after finishing the first session of its health management program academy, which checks the physical and mental health of middle-aged adults and helps them lead a vibrant second act in life.

One participant who completed the academy said, "With the ongoing economic downturn, I was worried that if my parents neglected their health and became ill, it would become a burden to their children, but through the health management academy, I learned how to manage it."
