The golf membership market is showing signs of shifting to a mild upward trend. Buying inflows continue, and trading volume is gradually increasing.
According to the Donga Membership Trading Center on the 24th, the average price of 100 major memberships traded nationwide is 243.13 million KRW. This is a 0.35% increase compared to last week. By price range, the ultra-high price segment rose 0.54%, the high price segment 0.29%, and the low price segment 0.22%. Only the mid-price segment fell by 0.03%. The Donga Membership Trading Center stated, "Overall, membership prices are rising, causing a shortage of listings," and added, "Attention is focused on how membership price trends will develop before the upcoming summer vacation season."
The average price in the central region is 274.43 million KRW, up 0.37% from last week. While most golf courses maintained steady prices, several showed slight upward trends. 88 recently rose 1.43% due to a surge in corporate buying. Giheung also jumped 0.37% as existing listings were cleared. Namseoul increased by 1.48%, Seoul by 1.78%, Songchu by 3.03%, and Hwasan by 3.60%. Team leader Moon Jong-seong said, "Corporate activity may become more active," and predicted, "Prices are expected to show further increases."

The average price in the southern region is 162.12 million KRW, a 0.25% rise from last week. Bugok rose 1.54% due to increased buying inquiries. Daegu increased by 0.69%, and Changwon by 2.86%. On the other hand, Gyeongju Shilla fell 0.67% amid intense competition. Bora has accumulated only buy orders, making listings hard to find. Team leader Lee Yoon-hee said, "In popular categories, asking prices are rising, and high-priced listings occasionally appear," and predicted, "Differentiated markets by category will continue."
