Gyeonggi Northern Fire Department, 10 Paint Manufacturing Companies Found Violating Regulations
The Special Judicial Police of the Northern Gyeonggi Province Fire and Disaster Headquarters are conducting an inspection of a paint manufacturing company.
View original imageThe Northern Gyeonggi Fire and Disaster Headquarters conducted inspections on 10 paint manufacturing companies in the area and uncovered 18 violations.
According to the findings, one company was caught storing and handling petroleum in quantities exceeding the standard, resulting in unauthorized storage and handling of hazardous materials. Another company was booked for installing internal storage space without permission to modify the indoor storage facility.
Problems were found in 6 out of the 10 companies. Detailed actions include 9 cases referred to fire special investigators, 2 administrative sanctions, 5 orders for corrective measures, and 2 notifications to relevant agencies.
