to Personalized Customer Consultation
NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 30th that it will introduce a 'Marketing Hub' to provide customized financial services to customers.
The Marketing Hub is equipped with core functions necessary for personalized marketing. A new 'Single View' that displays dispersed customer information at a glance has been established, allowing real-time understanding of customers' basic information, investment tendencies, products of interest, and service subscription status, enabling consultations tailored to customer characteristics. It is also notable that a dedicated service for individual business owners has been separately prepared.
The introduction of the Marketing Hub was promoted to supplement the existing system, which had difficulties providing real-time information. Nonghyup Bank explained that by introducing a real-time artificial intelligence (AI) product recommendation model using big data into the Marketing Hub, it plans to support customers in receiving customized financial services at their desired time. In addition, through data linkage among non-face-to-face channels such as smart banking, branches, and the Customer Happiness Center, it will proactively identify customer needs and inconveniences to utilize them in consultations.

An official from Nonghyup Bank said, "We expect that by introducing the data-based Marketing Hub, marketing using real-time information will become possible," adding, "After a three-month stabilization period, we will provide differentiated services centered on customers."
