Sling CEO Ahn Gang-min Selected as One of Forbes' '30 Under 30 Asia Leaders'
EduTech company Sling, which operates the tablet learning app 'Orzo,' announced on the 19th that CEO An Gang-min has been selected as one of Forbes' '30 Under 30 Asia' influential leaders.
Forbes announced the 30 Under 30 Asia leaders on its official website on the 18th. CEO An was listed in the consumer technology category.
CEO An has been operating the tablet learning app Orzo for high school students since 2021. Students can study past CSAT questions, mock exams, and school exam questions using tablets and smart pencils. Features such as automatic grading, error notes, and study planners enable efficient learning. Currently, the app has over 300,000 cumulative downloads, a sales growth rate exceeding 400% in 2022, and ranks first in the education category on the App Store.

Forbes praised Orzo for leading the digital transformation of Korea's education industry, which traditionally relied on pen-and-paper problem-solving activities. Sling received seed investment from Spring Camp, a Naver-affiliated venture capital, upon its incorporation in 2021, and secured 7 billion KRW in Series A funding last October.
