Han Aram, head of the Concert Business Division at HYBE 360 Headquarters, was included in the '2023 Billboard 40 Under 40' list. This list recognizes young leaders under the age of 40 who are driving the music industry.
On the 13th (local time), Billboard officially announced the list on its website, describing the honorees as "next-generation leaders in the music industry who are revitalizing the live performance sector post-pandemic." Han was the only Korean to be named on the list. Billboard highlighted Han's role, stating, "Han has been responsible for planning, directing, and producing concerts for HYBE Labels artists. Since 2019, Han has led HYBE's Concert Business Division, contributing to HYBE ranking 8th on Billboard's year-end Top Promoter chart."

The Concert Business Division led by Han is a subordinate organization under HYBE 360 Headquarters, HYBE's solution business unit. It independently plans and directs domestic and international concerts for HYBE Labels artists. Over the past year, the division conducted tours with artists such as BTS, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, SEVENTEEN, and ENHYPEN. This year, it is conducting and planning world tours for artists including TOMORROW X TOGETHER, ENHYPEN, and BTS member SUGA.
