Operation of Boeing 737-8 Aircraft Starting from the 1st of Next Month
Korean Air announced on the 9th that it will start offering in-flight Wi-Fi service on international routes beginning next month.
This service will be applied first to Boeing 737-8 models. Short-haul routes such as Gimpo-Osaka, Incheon-Fukuoka, and Incheon-Osaka are targeted. It is planned to be expanded to Airbus A321 neo and Boeing 787 aircraft as well.
The pricing plans consist of internet and messaging options. They are segmented based on flight distance and usage time. Passengers can purchase the service through a dedicated payment site that connects after boarding. Usage is restricted during aircraft takeoff and landing.
