Choi Tae-won, Eldest Son of SK Group Chairman, Moves to SK E&S North America Subsidiary Passkey
Choi In-geun, the eldest son of Choi Tae-won, chairman of SK Group, has moved to Passkey, the North American business headquarters of SK E&S.
According to industry sources on the 16th, SK E&S assigned Manager Choi to Passkey, the North American subsidiary based in New York, in the year-end personnel reshuffle last year.
He joined SK E&S's Seoul headquarters strategy planning team as a new employee in September 2020. He is currently known to be working on global energy business at Passkey.
SK E&S, an energy affiliate of SK Group, operates renewable energy businesses, energy storage systems (ESS), virtual power plants (VPP), and other energy solution businesses. Passkey is an investment company responsible for SK E&S's energy solution business in the United States. At Passkey, Choi Jae-won, SK On's senior vice chairman and younger brother of Chairman Choi Tae-won, serves as the chairman of the board and chief investment officer (CIO).

Before joining SK E&S, Manager Choi enrolled at Brown University in the United States in 2014, majoring in physics, and completed an internship at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
