Korea Public Golf Course Association Reappoints Current President Lim Ki-ju

Im Giju, chairman of the Korea Public Golf Course Association, has been reappointed.

The Korea Public Golf Course Association held its 2023 regular board meeting and general meeting on the 21st at the M State conference room in Munjeong-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and unanimously re-elected current chairman Im as the 7th chairman of the association by attending member companies.
Chairman Im said, "I feel a heavy responsibility as the chairman," and added, "The association and its members will work together to respond dynamically to new changes so that golf can develop into a national sports activity loved even more by the public."
Chairman Im pledged, "We will improve laws and systems for the development of the golf industry and expand the social contribution campaign ‘Uri Modu Da Hamkke’ (All of Us Together). We will actively promote ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management practices at golf courses and strengthen golf course safety management."

The Korea Public Golf Course Association approved the 2022 business performance and settlement, as well as the 2023 business plan and budget. Moonho, vice chairman of Diamond CC, and Kim Tae-woo, CEO of Geumgang Centrium, were elected as auditors.
