Home&Shopping Appoints Lee Seong-han as Chief Customer Officer (CCO)

Home&Shopping (CEO Il-yong Lee and Won-seop Lee) announced on the 14th that it has appointed Seong-han Lee, Head of the Management Support Division, as the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) to strengthen consumer-centered management.
Through this CCO appointment, Home&Shopping aims to expedite decision-making related to customer service and establish all systems centered on the customer to further enhance customer satisfaction.

To continuously operate consumer-centered management, the name of the Customer Support Office’s practical department was changed to the Consumer-Centered Management (CCM) Team, and the CCM Committee was newly established.
