"See Real-Time Vehicle Repairs" BMW Introduces Customer System
Next-Generation Dealer Customer System 'MyDMS' Launch
BMW Korea announced on the 7th that it will launch the next-generation dealer customer system, ‘MyDMS,’ and introduce it to showrooms and service centers of seven official dealers nationwide.
MyDMS is an advanced version of the existing DMS (Dealer Management System) used by official BMW and MINI dealers for customer management. Dealers and customers can communicate interactively through a mobile device-based system.
Customers can check the entire AS process of vehicles admitted to the service center and detailed explanations from professional technicians via video through BMW Service Live. When a professional driver picks up the vehicle, completes inspection and repair, and returns the vehicle to the customer, real-time vehicle location and status information are provided. Online payment is also available.
