Kia, Ongoing Recruitment of New College Graduate Employees in Early March
Kia announced on the 6th that it will conduct continuous recruitment for new college graduate employees in March until the 20th of this month.
This recruitment covers a total of 33 positions across various headquarters and business divisions, including ▲ eLCV (electric light commercial vehicle) business ▲ customer experience ▲ customer safety ▲ special projects ▲ domestic production support ▲ production planning ▲ PT (powertrain) business ▲ product ▲ purchasing ▲ research and development ▲ AutoLand Hwaseong ▲ AutoLand Gwangmyeong ▲ AutoLand Gwangju.
During the recruitment period, Kia will hold recruitment briefings with current employees and HR personnel participating. They plan to provide detailed information about the recruitment process and job roles through consultations tailored to job seekers' needs.
Starting today, Kia will visit 13 universities located in Seoul and the metropolitan area to conduct offline recruitment briefings. Additionally, online recruitment briefings using the metaverse will be held on the 10th and 17th of this month.
Since the second half of last year, Kia has been implementing a hybrid recruitment method. In the first half of the year, continuous recruitment is conducted monthly by job category, while in the second half, bulk recruitment is carried out by division.
