Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Delivers Earthquake Relief Fund to Turkiye
Donation of 18.5 Million Won Delivered to the Korean Red Cross
The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs announced on the 27th that it has donated 18.5 million KRW to the Korean Red Cross to support T?rkiye, which suffered great damage from the earthquake that occurred on the 6th.
This donation was raised through voluntary contributions by public officials affiliated with the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs starting from the 8th of this month, to aid in the recovery and relief efforts for the earthquake victims in T?rkiye, where the damage was severe.
Jung Hwang-geun, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, said, "I express my deepest condolences and sympathy to the earthquake victims, their families, and the people of T?rkiye who are suffering greatly from this unprecedented strong earthquake. As the international community, including our country, is paying close attention and making efforts to provide support, I hope both countries can return to normal life as soon as possible."
