WiseAI, AI Customer Center Construction Project 'Smooth Sailing'
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Wise AI, a specialized artificial intelligence (AI) platform company, has begun building an AI Customer Center (AICC) at Suwon Tiger Dental Clinic. Wise AI announced on the 23rd that about 60% of the AICC implementation has been completed at hospitals with which it recently signed new supply contracts.
Wise AI has been promoting the AI-TIPS project since last year, aiming to accelerate AI-based digital transformation in hospitals and clinics. Including the construction work, Wise AI has started AICC implementation at five out of eight hospitals and clinics with which it signed new supply contracts on the 19th of last month.
Wise AI’s AICC is a comprehensive platform that includes various AI services developed in-house. Tiger Dental Clinic is introducing AI call centers, AI websites, and AI robots (LG Electronics CLOi GuideBot), among others.
Seoinseok, the representative director of Tiger Dental Clinic, said, "We are leading the 'digital transformation' by being the first hospital in the region to introduce an AI customer center," adding, "We will strive to efficiently utilize AI services to provide high-quality medical services to patients visiting the hospital."
A Wise AI official said, "Currently, demand for AICC is increasing in the hospital and clinic industry," and added, "AI provides various conveniences in the form of 'virtual care' from hospital reservations and visits to treatment processes and post-care guidance."
