[This Week's IPO] February Fourth Week Demand Forecast and Subscription Schedule
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] In the fourth week of this month (February), GI Innovation and Geumyang Green Power will conduct demand forecasting for institutional investors. Bioinfra, Nanoteam, and Jaram Technology are preparing for general subscription.
◆GI Innovation= GI Innovation is a bio-venture company researching and developing next-generation immunotherapies based on fusion proteins, focusing on immune oncology drugs and immune disease treatments. To date, it has completed two technology transfers worth a total of 2.3 trillion KRW to pharmaceutical companies such as South Korea's Yuhan Corporation and China's Simcere.
The total number of shares offered is 2 million, with a desired offering price band of 16,000 to 21,000 KRW. Demand forecasting will be conducted on the 21st and 22nd to finalize the offering price, followed by a general public subscription over two days on the 27th and 28th. The planned listing date is early March, with NH Investment & Securities and Hana Securities as the lead underwriters, and Samsung Securities as the joint underwriter.
◆Geumyang Green Power= Established in 1993, Geumyang Green Power leads the eco-friendly energy trend by leveraging its accumulated capabilities in chemical engineering, industry, and power generation to secure domestic and international orders and make direct development investments across the full lineup of renewable energy plants, including wind power, solar power, and fuel cells.
The total number of shares offered is 3.01 million, with a proposed offering price band of 6,700 to 8,000 KRW, amounting to approximately 20.1 to 24 billion KRW in total. Demand forecasting will be conducted on the 23rd and 24th to finalize the offering price, followed by subscription on March 2nd and 3rd, with plans to list on KOSDAQ within March. Samsung Securities is the listing underwriter.
◆Bioinfra= Bioinfra has set its offering price at the top of the band, 21,000 KRW, within the 18,000 to 21,000 KRW range. The demand forecasting recorded a competition rate of 1,594.9 to 1, with participation from 1,661 domestic and international institutions. General subscription will be held on the 20th and 21st, with a planned KOSDAQ listing on March 2nd. The lead underwriter is DB Financial Investment.
Founded in 2007, Bioinfra is a contract research organization (CRO) specializing in conducting research and development on behalf of developers during the pharmaceutical R&D phase. Based on excellent analytical system technology, the company ranked first in the domestic bioequivalence testing market in 2021 by the number of approvals from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. Its clients include major domestic pharmaceutical companies such as Chong Kun Dang, Yuhan Corporation, and Hanmi Pharmaceutical.
◆Nanoteam= Nanoteam's offering price was set at the top of the desired band, 13,000 KRW, within the 11,500 to 13,000 KRW range. A total of 1,830 institutional investors participated in the demand forecasting, achieving the highest competition rate of 1,723 to 1 this year. The subscription for general investors will be held on the 20th and 21st. The listing underwriter is Korea Investment & Securities.
Founded in 2016, Nanoteam supplies thermal management materials for electric vehicle batteries. Thermal management materials play a role in effectively dissipating heat externally by utilizing thermal conductivity properties. Since rapid charging of electric vehicles generates significant heat, thermal management materials are essential for stable rapid charging.
◆Jaram Technology= Jaram Technology's desired offering price band is 16,000 to 20,000 KRW. Demand forecasting for institutional investors was conducted on the 15th and 16th, and general subscription is scheduled for the 22nd and 23rd. The listing underwriter is Shin Young Securities.
Jaram Technology is a fabless company designing communication semiconductors. Its core products include communication semiconductors (XGSPON chips) and pluggable products combining these with optical components (XGSPON SFP+ ONU or XGSPON stick), as well as optical transceivers and Gigawire.
