Yojin Construction Extends Sponsorship Contract with 'Major Queen' Hong Ji-won
Recontracted for 2 More Years Until 2025
Yojin Construction Golf Team announced on the 14th that it has extended its main sponsorship contract with Hong Ji-won (23), who won the Hanwha Classic, a major tournament on the Korean Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) Tour last year, for two more years until 2025.
Hong Ji-won will wear outfits bearing the Yojin Construction logo during competitions. She will also participate in various promotional activities for Yojin Construction. She claimed her first career victory at the 2022 KLPGA Hanwha Classic with a final total of 1-over-par 289. Additionally, she secured a three-year exemption as a major winner, guaranteeing her tour card until 2025.

Yojin Construction has maintained its relationship with Hong Ji-won since her rookie season, debuting on the KLPGA regular tour in 2021. A Yojin Construction official stated, "We will provide unwavering support so that Hong Ji-won can win again in the 2023 season."
