[Photo] Exhibition Launched by the Rocker
On February 11, 2005, bassist Han Kyung-rok, the leader of 'Crying Nut,' paid for the drinks of the many people gathered at his birthday party, which led to the annual event called 'Kyungrok Day' featuring music performances and parties around Hongdae. This year, after three years, Han Kyung-rok will perform live in front of the audience and hold a party, with Mapo District Office participating to host a cultural and artistic festival called 'Mapo Renaissance.' A 'Rock and Roll Renaissance' exhibition showcasing paintings by musicians such as singer Kim Chang-wan and Crying Nut's guitarist Lee Sang-myeon will also be held at Mapo Art Hall. We met Han Kyung-rok, now the exhibition planner, at the exhibition and heard his explanation. As a musician who must meet the audience directly, he said he felt deeply moved.
