According to the legal community on the 8th, Judge Kang Seongsu of the Criminal Division 1 at the Seoul Western District Court sentenced A (38) to a fine of 2 million won on charges of special intimidation and special assault. The court stated, "She must be held responsible for assaulting and threatening the victims because of noise complaints," but also explained the sentencing by saying, "She is receiving inpatient treatment for schizophrenia, and it is considered that the illness had an influence."
