Busan Port Authority Launches Workplace Human Rights Protection Campaign
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Busan Port Authority (BPA) is promoting a ‘Workplace Human Rights Protection Campaign’ to create a warm organizational culture through mutual respect and consideration among employees.
BPA plans to induce psychological stability by protecting and promoting the human rights of internal employees, and through this, respond warmly and kindly to external customers to realize customer-first management.
In addition, BPA will share the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s 10 major work innovation proposals again with all members of the company, conduct surveys on items that need activation, and go through internal feedback processes to contribute to the realization of a healthy organizational culture.
