NH Nonghyup Card and Seo Geumwon Sign Agreement to Prevent Voice Phishing
Supporting Advisory Role in Preventing Financial Fraud through Business Agreement... Establishing Mutual Cooperation System
[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] NH Nonghyup Card announced on the 24th that it signed a business agreement with the Korea Inclusive Finance Agency on the 22nd at the Bankers' Hall in Jung-gu, Seoul, to prevent voice phishing.
Through this business agreement, NH Nonghyup Card will provide the Korea Inclusive Finance Agency with information on detected damage types and prevention methods identified through its artificial intelligence (AI)-based voice phishing detection system, and will jointly conduct research to establish a safety net for voice phishing relief.
At the Korea Inclusive Finance Agency forum held that day, the Card FD Management Team also introduced ▲ the card payment account suspension prevention system and implementation cases, which is uniquely operated by the card company, and ▲ the NH Phishing Prevention Service.

An NH Nonghyup Card official stated, "We signed this business agreement to safely protect customers' financial assets from increasingly sophisticated voice phishing damage," adding, "We will continue to make efforts to identify various accident cases and prevent damage by forming close cooperation systems with financial institutions and related industries in the future."
