Launch of 'Yobosarang 2.0', a Specialized Job Platform for Caregivers
With Over 24,000 Members, the Largest Caregiver Job Platform in Korea
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Senior Research Institute (CEO Lee Jin-yeol) announced on the 22nd that it has expanded and revamped the professional caregiver recruitment platform 'Yobosarang,' launching 'Yobosarang 2.0.'
Yobosarang is the largest professional caregiver recruitment platform in Korea, used by approximately 24,000 caregivers and holding over 8,000 institutional job listings. It notifies caregivers of job openings via KakaoTalk AlimTalk, text messages, and more. Anyone holding a nationally certified caregiver license can apply for free notifications.
'Yobosarang 2.0' newly introduces a recruitment service for institutions, expanding job options for caregivers and supporting customized job searches by subdividing working conditions. It also features an optimized job matching service by enhancing the care provider scale independently developed by the Korea Senior Research Institute. When signing up, caregivers input their preferred detailed working conditions, and only customized job information suitable for each caregiver is automatically displayed. Caregivers can grasp basic job information, salary levels, the condition of care recipients, and required care services at a glance, eliminating the need to search through numerous job listings.
