View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] CU announced on the 21st that over 10,000 applicants participated in the Tottenham Hotspur direct viewing tour stamp event featuring player Son Heung-min’s team, recording a competition rate of 2000 to 1 over the course of fifteen days.
This event offers five winners special direct viewing tour benefits including tickets to watch Tottenham’s big matches early next year, accommodation, airfare, and a stadium tour. Participants can join the event by accumulating stamps through purchasing items from the Price Stability Promotion and the World-Class Series products.
Through comments events on Pocket CU and CU’s social media (SNS), supporters will be invited to cheer on the Ghana match on the 28th at CGV theaters in Seoul, Busan, and Gwangju. So far, about 15,000 people have applied for this event.
CU will continue with the second direct viewing tour event, the #GOSonny Challenge. Participants can join by taking videos of themselves doing Son Heung-min’s signature celebration pose, the “Chalkak” pose, or shooting a ball, then uploading it with hashtags on Instagram stories or feeds. The event runs until the 11th of next month, and two participants will be selected to join the five winners from the stamp event, forming a total of seven “Sonny Expedition” members who will go on the Tottenham direct viewing tour.
