On that day, bank operating hours will be from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The normal bank operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, but since the outbreak of COVID-19, they have been shortened to 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The Korea Federation of Banks explained, “Traffic demand is expected to surge due to the movement of test-takers, supervisors, and parents on the morning of the exam day,” and “the change is to ensure smooth traffic flow.”
