[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-joo] Hecton Project announced on the 14th that it has launched 'DoctorsAutoCRM,' a hospital-specialized customer management solution.
'DoctorsAutoCRM' is a hospital-specialized customer relationship management (CRM) solution that strengthens relationships with patients and assists medical institutions in customer management tasks by providing personalized consultations for each patient based on medical information from the company's flagship electronic medical record (EMR) solution, 'Doctors.'
It features precise targeted marketing based on consultation content and medical data, automatic message sending according to user settings, real-time sharing of medical departments and consultation details, among other functions. Additionally, it enhances hospital work efficiency through integration with call systems such as caller ID, call recording, and ARS. It can be used on PCs as well as mobile devices like tablets, and reduces costs with Kakao AlimTalk and a reasonable text message fee system.
