Hanwha Systems new employees conducted a memorial visit and graveyard cleanup activities at Seoul National Cemetery on the 7th.

On the 8th, Hanwha Systems announced that 49 new employees for the second half of the year participated in a grave site cleanup activity at the Seoul National Cemetery the previous day, honoring the spirit of sacrifice of the patriotic martyrs.
Hanwha Systems has been enhancing organizational commitment and motivation through various group activities after hiring new employees each year. This year, as part of sharing activities, they conducted volunteer work at the National Cemetery. The new employees who participated in this activity will undergo orientation and job training before being assigned to their respective departments.
Joo Sang-je, Head of Human Resources Support at Hanwha Systems, said, “With the recent emphasis on national security and the continuous news of K-defense exports raising the status of domestic defense technology, we organized this event to make new employees reflect on the importance of security and instill a sense of responsibility as members of a defense company.” He added, “We plan to continue various activities that can fulfill the company’s social role.”
