Rooftop Bar with Sunset Views in Magok
Casual Dining Reflecting California Culture
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Mayfield Hotel Seoul announced on the 2nd that it will introduce a new restaurant, 'La Chez,' located in the heart of Magok, Gangseo-gu.
The hotel stated, "Leveraging the experience of operating six food and beverage (F&B) outlets including the Korean restaurant Nakwon, Mayfield Hotel has opened the California American bistro La Chez near Magoknaru Station in the business district to allow more customers to experience the hotel brand and services."
La Chez is a compound word combining 'Ra,' the sun god from Egyptian mythology, and 'Chez,' meaning home. It offers a rooftop view of the sunset with the vibe of California's Sunset Strip, known as the city of the sun. The sunset bar applies black and white with coral tones, adding a sophisticated and warm feeling.
It uses farm ingredients operated directly for about 20 years. They completed casual dining that brings out the original taste by using fresh and high-quality ingredients for popular American menus such as burgers, pasta, and meat.
The signature menu includes the 'Grilled Wagyu Short Rib Burger,' made with a grilled handmade wagyu patty and premium Swiss cheese T?te de Moine; the 'Smoky Tomato Amatriciana Bucatini,' which enhances spicy flavor using smoky chipotle pepper; and the 'White Lamb Ragu Pappardelle,' featuring lamb ragu sauce that allows you to enjoy the rich and mild taste of lamb. Seafood dishes are also available. About 83 kinds of wine, bourbon whiskey, cheese plates, and snacks that pair well with drinks can also be found.
