Seoul City to Display 'Youth Policy Promotional Materials' at Emart24 Convenience Stores Nationwide in November
Expanding Youth Engagement Through Collaboration with Convenience Stores... Expected to Enhance Policy Awareness
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] Throughout November, Seoul's youth policies will be accessible at Emart24 stores nationwide.
On the 31st, Seoul City announced that in collaboration with Emart24, promotional materials for youth policies such as youth real estate brokerage fee and moving expense support, and Seoul Young Tech will be displayed on the point-of-sale (POS) monitors at stores starting from December 1.
The youth real estate brokerage fee and moving expense support program accepts applications until November 16 through the Youth Mongttang Information Center for youths aged 19 to 39 who have moved into Seoul this year or relocated within Seoul, with a household income at or below 120% of the median income. Priority support is given to socially vulnerable groups such as housing-vulnerable youths, persons with disabilities, and youths preparing for independence.
Seoul City promoted this collaboration aiming to expand contact points with youths, considering that people in their 20s and 30s frequently use convenience stores. Since the monitors are located at the checkout counters, it is expected to effectively raise awareness of the policies.
