[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] NH Investment & Securities received the Best Customer-Friendly Award for its mobile trading system (MTS) service, "Namu Securities (Namu)," at the "2022 Asia Smart Finance Awards." Namu is recognized as a leading investment platform, having introduced the first mobile-specialized conditional search service among securities firms in 2020 and launched an investment highlight service focused on personalization in 2021.
As of August, Namu's monthly users reached 1,841,392. This year, the homepage was revamped to provide information tailored to users, drawing attention.
The first new service is the "Trading" tab. It separates "Market" and "Personal" sections to allow users to grasp overall information on market indicators and stocks. Furthermore, users can check information specialized for them, centered on the stocks they hold.
The second notable feature is the "My Assets" tab. By combining "Company Assets" and "My Data," users can check the status of their accounts within NH Investment & Securities, focusing on investment information. Utilizing My Data also enables viewing of integrated asset status.
In the "My Assets" tab, it has been revamped to easily view news related to favorite stocks, domestic and international indices, and stock rankings. In the favorite groups, users can check various stock information, financial product lists, and even cryptocurrency prices.
Lastly, the "Product Mall" was also revamped to allow convenient exploration of various products. It introduces products by combining "Finance" and "Commerce" and reorganizes the customized product search area.
