Geomdan Hanshin The Hue Urban Park is a publicly supported private rental apartment complex being built on 264-7 Dangha-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, consisting of 8 buildings from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 910 households. By exclusive area, there are ▲542 units of 74㎡ ▲368 units of 84㎡.
Within walking distance is the newly established station (Station 101) on the extension of Incheon Subway Line 1 (scheduled for 2024). Anyone aged 19 or older who is a member of a household without a home can apply for subscription regardless of whether they have a subscription savings account or previous winning history. Long-term residence is possible for 10 years, with initial rent lower than market prices and an increase rate limited to within 5% (every 2 years). Since it is not counted as a house, it is not subject to re-winning restrictions during subscription and there is no tax burden. Tax deduction benefits provide a tax-saving effect. The complex is currently under construction, allowing for early move-in by March next year.
