[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Seoyoon] Hanwha Techwin conducted a regular executive personnel appointment on the 12th, promoting four individuals.
Hanwha Techwin stated, "In line with the expansion of global business, we have introduced a ‘position-centered personnel system’ based on roles and titles and carried out executive appointments accordingly," "selecting outstanding talents with expertise to secure core competencies as a Solution Provider and to achieve continuous business growth."
The newly introduced position-centered personnel system is a global corporate approach where executive promotions and transfers are determined based on job suitability and expertise, and changes in individual compensation levels are made accordingly.
Executive titles will also change from traditional designations such as Managing Director or Executive Director to titles reflecting the roles performed, such as Center Head or Manager.
