The funerals took place at Daejeon St. Mary's Hospital Funeral Hall and Korea University Guro Hospital Funeral Hall, respectively, in the morning. Including the funeral held the previous day for one victim, a total of three victims have had their funerals so far.
The funeral for another victim has been scheduled for the 1st of next month. Although the bereaved family initially stated they would not hold the funeral until the truth of the incident was clarified, they reportedly decided to proceed with the funeral "to send their son off peacefully..."

However, the funeral dates for three other victims have not yet been set. The bereaved families are said to be maintaining their position of "no funeral plans for the time being."
