Daehong Planning, Lotteria NFT Sold Out Within 5 Minutes of Launch
Collaboration with 6 Artists Born in 1992
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Daehong Planning announced on the 27th that the physical value-type non-fungible tokens (NFTs) issued to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Lotteria Bulgogi Burger sold out within 5 minutes.
The Lotteria 1992 NFT was created in collaboration with six emerging artists born in 1992, the same year as the Lotteria Bulgogi Burger, and consists of artwork celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Bulgogi Burger. On the 26th at 3 PM, 1,992 NFTs were sold at 1,992 KRW each on the NFT marketplace CCCV.
The Lotteria 1992 NFT can be purchased with Korean won instead of cryptocurrency, making NFTs, which were previously mainly bought by a small number of investors, more accessible and easy for anyone to purchase, and encouraging actual Lotteria customers to engage with NFTs, which is significant.
